Our Story
We started Viona Travel because template itineraries kept letting travelers down
Viona Travel began with a simple frustration: too many trips were being sold off a shelf — identical itineraries, generic hotel picks, and support that disappeared the moment the deposit cleared. We wanted something different, so we built it.
Today, every itinerary we send starts as a blank page. We ask where you actually want to go, how you like to travel, and what would make the trip feel like yours. Then our designers — many of whom have lived or guided in the destinations we sell — build the route, vet every property, and stay reachable the entire way through.
We're still a small team by design. It's the only way we can guarantee that the person who plans your trip is the same person you can reach if anything changes.
